Sitting quietly in a small Ramen resturant sat Kiyoshi, eating from a bowl with steam rising high into the air giving off a delicious scent, one of chicken. He looked down into the bowl, seeing parts of his reflection in the liqud that shared the bowl with the noodles. He grabbed his chop sticks and started to eat. He looked up and towards the door as he heard it open up.

An Akatsuki member, Itachi, was walking into the Ramen Shop descuized as a C ranked ninja. He sat next to Kiyoshi and greeted him as a normal citizen would. Itachi senced a great ability inside the newcomer. He felt he should invite him into the Akatsuki, but he would immediatly blow his cover.
Itachi turned his attention to the Clerk at the Ramen Shop and ordered a bowl of Beef and Chicken mix Ramen. He and Kiyoshi started to exchange in conversation. After a couple minutes, Itachi's ramen was ready and he asked to Kiyoshi, "So. You're a Kaguya, eh?"

Kiyoshi looked up as the disguised Itachi was talking to him. How did he know what clan he was from? He didn't even look all that strong to know so much, and to recognize his clan just by looking.
" Yeah, I am. How can you tell?" Kiyoshi asked turning his attention to him, instead of the bowl of ramen that sat infront of him.

walks in and slowly looks around as he spots the two.he turns away slowly and sits down and orders six rice balls and a bowl of ramen.

"Hey, new comer. I know you are a Kaguya because you look amazingly like Kimimaro. I met with him a few times back in the past."
Itachi nearly forgot he was in descize and almost blew his cover. "Well, I just saw him and ran from the fight." Itachi felt reliefed for he felt he regained his innocent civilian 'look.'

Itachi was waiting for Kiyoshi to finish up with his Ramen, so he turned to the Evesdropper and sneaked his hand over inside Saukai's money pouch and took enough for a Rice Roll. He ordered one, and was getting bored of the small talk. Moments later, Itachi realized that the giant scratch was appearing in his Headband. He was transformed for some time, and went into the restroom under the cover of needing to... use the restroom.
While he was in, he turned into Itachi once more, and took a small breath, washed his face, for this was too little for him. Only if Kisame didn't have him do this. He formed a hand sign and transformed into the Civilian he wa earlyer, his headband fixed once more. He sat next to Kiyoshi again and started to finish off his Ramen.

Kiyoshi hadn't noticed his headband but finished up his ramen by the time he came back to the table. " Oh, yeah, Kimimaro is my cousin. We get mistaken for each other all the time." he said slurping down the hot liquid and then set the bowl down setting some money on the table.
" My name is Kiyoshi, whats yours?" he asked him extending his hand.

"Well, my name is I- uh.... Itoka." Itachi was glad he didn't expose his name. He would have blown his cover and all this time that he used in order to study Orochimaru's Curse Symbols would have been for not.
Itachi looked at the back of Kiyohsi's neck, seeing the strange looking symbol. He finished his ramen and asked for a tab, keeping the ymbol in mind. Under the table he took a sheet of paper and drew it, then placing it in his pocket.
"So... Thats an interesting tatoo you have, there. where'd you get it?" Itachi needed to learn more of it, more than jut a drawing.

At the mentioning of the symbol on his neck, Kiyoshi grabbed at it covering it up. He had been bitten by Orochimaru, he couldn't say that. Orochimaru was too dangerous to mention that to some stranger. " I got it from a friend." he lied.

"Ah. So are you friends with Oro-" Itachi stopped himself. How would this person know Orochimaru? "Chimaru..." He tryed to make it sound as if he was going to be afraid and get ready to fight, so his cover wouldn't be blown.

He shook his head, he was lieing, but tried not to make it obvious. His grip tightened up on his neck fully covering the mark, he couldn't say that he knew him, trouble would come after that. What would he do, and how did this guy know Orochimaru? " No I don't."

This seemingly innocent conversation was getting no where. "Everyone knows who Orochimaru is. He is an S ranked ninja who was trying to get Hokage and fled after an attempted assasination, and joined the Akatsuki until I- I mean Itachi dropped his muffin on the floor and he fled." Itachi thought he gave too much info, so he decided to cover it up. "Well, thats what I heard."
Inside Itachi's thoughts, he was thinking of how much of an idiot he was sounding like. He didn't care. So far the info he had gotten was the shape of the seal, and the fact that it was given by Orochimaru.
"So. How did Orochimaru get that onto your neck?" Itachi grinned slightly and ordered a medium sized drink.
